APPAREL COLLABORATION WITH STYLE MAFIA AND BROKEN SHAKER FOR CAMILLOUS HOUSE CHARITY AUCTION, MIAMI BEACH

This was an interesting collaboration.  I've done numerous hand-painted designs on shirts, Chuck Taylor's, hats, backpacks, pants...you name it, I've done it.  I've never been asked to paint on a woman's skirt, which had a foam-like feel to it and fabric paint just would not soak without 5-6 layers!  I received an amazing response of my retro-futuristic color choices draped across it.  I was one of the clothing articles that was auctioned for a respectable price and featured in several local spreads.  Great event!

"EVERGLADES CONCERT", MOKSHA ROOTS LIVE PAINTING, LITTLE HAITI

I was asked to design and Live Paint imagery supporting the various Everglades Awareness Groups.  There was an article a few days prior that tapped into the issue with budget for oil rigging in the Everglades.  Humans have a tendency to impose their self righteous will on the planet and it's Natives.  I painted a piece depicting a Gator's point of view looking up across it's home, with reflections of oil rigs in it's eyes.  This piece made me sad.

"YOU AND I ARE LOVE" LIVE PAINTING AT TSL, WYNWOOD

I customized a piece with "Authentic Ardor" carved into it, which symbolizes a "Unique Passion" I have for Painting, Drawing, Woodcarving and the Arts and Culture in General.  This is carved and painted on reclaimed wood panels bound together.

ONE LOVE NUTRIFEST LIVE PAINTING ON STAGE

Received a last minute notice to Paint Live on Stage during a few of Reggae's Best Music Sets.  Just got into my Irie Groove and knocked this Jamaica commemoration Zion Lion with Acoustic Guitar, in which I pre-carved dred locks into the wood panel to provide a 3-D effect in the background and acoustic guitar-paintbrush.

"HEART OF THE CITY" EVENT CURATED BY LIFE IS ART

Exhibit at Downtown Miami's WILLCALL Miami.  Customized a few "All About Heart" pieces on Canvas and also customized a "Heart Guitar" from an old acoustic guitar and displayed as the central figure.  Great response from prospects and great atmosphere.

GOODWILL MURAL PROJECT OFF CALLE OCHO

Very cool Mural Project curated by the one and only Didirok!  The building is sectioned off in 5' x 5' squares and each Artist is hand-selected to provide their own influential piece.  Since i am 1/2 Cuban, I decided to do a commemoration piece for the locals to truly appreciate.  A flowing Cuban Flag and Dominoes lined up, depicting an "Ocho" for the famous Miami's Calle Ocho.  Years later, got a pic of my kids posing with it!

IRREVERSIBLE MAG WINNERS EXHIBITION AT GALLERY 2014, HOLLYWOOD

My Pioneers of Expression series was selected for Honorable Mention and was a great Group Show with some of S. Fla's amazing talent. The energy was great and collaboration with Irreversible Mag was a pleasant one.
